Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns & refunds within thirty (30) days of the product delivery date if and only if the product is defective.

For our personalized dog collars, please make sure you have filled in the Dog Breed and Weight for your dog on the product page before purchasing. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee a refund is applicable if the size is not perfectly fit. It is subject to the final decision by WOOFGIFT.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and check before requesting a refund.

Upon receiving and checking the returned product, the price of the order would be refunded to your credit/debit card or account used for the purchase.

Handling Fee

Due to the costs associated with original order and refund management we do keep a 5% handling fee when processing refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Customized products are exclusive, so we do not support the cancellation of orders once the order has been processed.

Shipping Policy

We typically process orders within 24 hours from the time that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. Delivery time varies from 7 days to 10 days. (It may vary a bit due to the current COVID-19 situation).

The overall shipping process consists of two parts.

1. Your dog collar(s) will first get engraved at our partnered laser engraving center. The dog collar(s) will then go through the relative assurance process before entering the second shipping phase (handled by USPS).

Once the package arrives in the States, the shipping status shown on the above website will be like this:

This indicates that your package has officially entered the second shipping phase.

2. From now on, USPS, our partnered shipping carrier, will begin to handle your package. You will see some messages like “Your package is on its way to a USPS facility” or “USPS Currently Awaiting Package” on the USPS website.

The shipping status on the USPS website will get updated once USPS sorts your package, and you will receive your package in a short period.
